Proxies for Rozetka

Why use proxies for Rozetka

Rozetka is the largest online store and marketplace in Ukraine. The product page adapts to the visitor: delivery time and method, stock availability and sometimes promotions depend on the city.

Sellers and analysts need a proxy for three tasks: tracking competitors' prices and stock, checking where their own product ranks in search and the catalog, and signing in to the seller account from a stable Ukrainian address.

Monitoring prices and stock

Regularly crawling thousands of product pages from one address quickly runs into the request rate limit. Rotation solves this: port 823 (HTTP) or 824 (SOCKS5) gives a new address for every request.

Start with datacenter proxies in Ukraine — $0.80 per GB, they are the fastest. If the store starts showing a CAPTCHA, lower the pace and switch to residential — $1.59 per GB. More in the price monitoring use case.

Product position and storefront by city

To see a product page as a buyer from Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa does, turn on advanced mode in the generator and select a city. This is how you check the delivery time the customer sees and the product's place in search results.

Check in a clean browser profile: Rozetka remembers the selected city in cookies, and it can override the city of your IP.

Seller account

Signing in to the seller account requires the same address for the whole work session. Take a residential IP in Ukraine on a port from the 10000–20000 range: the address is held for 1 to 120 minutes.

If several employees from different cities work with the store, a shared port gives the platform one address instead of several. How to set up work with several stores is described in the marketplaces use case.

What to know in advance

• The platform knows far more about a seller than the IP: business details, bank account, documents. A proxy does not turn one business into several and does not override Rozetka rules.
• We do not promise that the site will accept a particular address: it makes that decision itself.
• Banks and payment systems are closed through the proxy — open payouts and payments from your regular connection. The list is on the blocked sites page.

How much traffic you need

A product page with photos weighs several megabytes. Price monitoring does not need images: turn off their loading and usage will drop several times over. Purchased gigabytes never expire — prices are on the pricing page.
