A step-by-step guide to connecting Prokso proxies in DuoPlus. It takes a few minutes.
Step 1. Get the proxy details from your dashboard
Open your plan and copy the host gw.prokso.com, port, username and password. Port 823 is HTTP and 824 is SOCKS5 (both give a new IP for every request); ports 10000–20000 keep one IP (sticky session) for up to 120 minutes and work as both HTTP and SOCKS5 (each port is a separate address). Set the country in the username: username__cr.ua.
Step 2. Add a proxy
In the left menu open Proxies and click Add. Paste a line like socks5://gw.prokso.com:10001:username:password - DuoPlus fills in the address, port, username and password by itself. For HTTP start the line with http://.
Step 3. Check and save
Run the proxy check and save the proxy.
Step 4. Link the proxy to a phone
In the cloud phone window click Configure Proxy, choose the proxy you added and turn the phone on (Power On).
Step 5. Use a username and password, not IP whitelist
DuoPlus cloud phones run from Singapore, so IP whitelist access from your own computer won't work here - connect with a username and password.
Step 6. If the proxy doesn't connect
Check three things: the host gw.prokso.com without extra spaces, a port from 10000-20000, and the type - HTTP or SOCKS5, as selected in the program. A 407 error means a wrong username or password, or the plan has run out of traffic: check the balance on the plan page in the dashboard. A timeout usually means the port was entered with a typo or the program expects a different protocol. And if the address works but the site asks for extra confirmations, check that the profile's time zone and language match the IP country and that the same port is not set in several profiles at once.
Step 7. Check the address in DuoPlus
After the phone starts, open the My IP page in its browser: it should show the proxy address and country.

How do I add a list of proxies?
The Proxies section has bulk adding (Batch Add): paste the lines following the sample DuoPlus shows in the window. It skips exact duplicates.
Does DuoPlus match the phone to the proxy country?
Yes, according to DuoPlus help, the phone's SIM card, cell tower and GPS data are emulated based on the proxy IP's location.
Why does the proxy check fail in DuoPlus?
Most often it's the line format or the protocol: start the line with <code>socks5://</code> or <code>http://</code> and check the port. IP whitelist access won't work here: DuoPlus phones go online from Singapore, so you need a username and password.
