Your dashboard generates ready-made lines in the format you need: choose the country, IP type and protocol.

Key takeaways
 • Host gw.prokso.com, ports 823 (HTTP), 824 (SOCKS5), 10000–20000 (sticky sessions, HTTP or SOCKS5)
 • The username and password are in your dashboard on the plan page
 • After setup, check your IP on the My IP page

A step-by-step guide to connecting Prokso proxies in MoreLogin. It takes a few minutes.

Step 1. Get the proxy details from your dashboard

Open your plan and copy the host gw.prokso.com, port, username and password. Port 823 is HTTP and 824 is SOCKS5 (both give a new IP for every request); ports 10000–20000 keep one IP (sticky session) for up to 120 minutes and work as both HTTP and SOCKS5 (each port is a separate address). Set the country in the username: username__cr.ua.

Step 2. Open the profile

Go to your browser profiles. Create a new profile or click to edit the proxy of an existing one.

Step 3. Add your own proxy

Choose to create a new proxy. Protocol: HTTP or SOCKS5. Host: gw.prokso.com, port: a sticky 10000–20000 port for an account (works with both HTTP and SOCKS5), or 824 if you need SOCKS5 with a new IP for every request.

Step 4. Enter the username and password

Fill in the account and password fields with the details from your plan page. If needed, pick the service MoreLogin uses to look up the IP.

Step 5. Save and launch

Save the settings. MoreLogin adjusts the geo data to the proxy IP.

Step 6. Check the IP inside the profile

Launch the profile and open the My IP page in its window: it should show the proxy's IP address and country. Your regular browser outside the profile shows your own IP — that's expected, the proxy only works inside the profile.

What to check in the profile besides the IP

A site compares the IP with the other attributes of the profile. If the address is from Germany while the time zone is Kyiv and the language is Ukrainian, it shows. MoreLogin adjusts these parameters to the IP on its own, but after changing the proxy it is worth making sure they have been updated.

In a running profile, open My IP and the WebRTC leak test. The country must match the generator, and your real address must not appear in WebRTC.

If the profile does not go online

 • The protocol and port do not go together. 824 needs SOCKS5, and 823 needs HTTP.
 • The username and password are swapped. In MoreLogin the account field is the proxy username.
 • The IP detection service is unavailable. In that case the check shows an error even though the proxy works. Choose another service in the proxy settings.
 • There is no traffic on the plan. The remaining traffic is shown on the plan page.

FAQ

Can I use one proxy for several profiles?

Technically yes, but for accounts it's better to give each profile its own sticky port. Otherwise sites will see several accounts on one IP.

The profile doesn't open sites after I changed the proxy. Why?

Most often the protocol and port don't match: 824 works only as SOCKS5, 823 only as HTTP, and a sticky port as both HTTP and SOCKS5. Also check the username and password have no extra spaces.

Does the proxy work in MoreLogin cloud phones?

Yes, with a username and password. The IP whitelist (no password) will not work: a cloud device does not run from your address.

Which proxy type should I take?

For accounts on social networks and marketplaces, take mobile or residential. Datacenter ones are cheaper and faster, but sites recognize them more easily. A comparison is on the pricing page.
