Your dashboard generates ready-made lines in the format you need: choose the country, IP type and protocol.

Key takeaways
 • Host gw.prokso.com, ports 823 (HTTP), 824 (SOCKS5), 10000–20000 (sticky sessions, HTTP or SOCKS5)
 • The username and password are in your dashboard on the plan page
 • After setup, check your IP on the My IP page

A step-by-step guide to connecting Prokso proxies in Hubstudio. It takes a few minutes.

Step 1. Get the proxy details from your dashboard

Open your plan and copy the host gw.prokso.com, port, username and password. Port 823 is HTTP and 824 is SOCKS5 (both give a new IP for every request); ports 10000–20000 keep one IP (sticky session) for up to 120 minutes and work as both HTTP and SOCKS5 (each port is a separate address). Set the country in the username: username__cr.ua.

Step 2. Create an environment

In the environments section create a new environment (browser profile) and go to its proxy settings.

Step 3. Choose a custom proxy

Set the connection method to a custom proxy rather than “no proxy” or API extraction. Type: Socks5 or Http.

Step 4. Fill in the fields

Host: gw.prokso.com, port: a sticky one from 10000–20000, account and password: your plan credentials. Leave the IP refresh URL field empty: it is only for mobile proxies that change address by link.

Step 5. Check and finish

Click the proxy check button, wait for the result and finish creating the environment.

Step 6. Check the IP inside the profile

Launch the profile and open the My IP page in its window: it should show the proxy's IP address and country. Your regular browser outside the profile shows your own IP — that's expected, the proxy only works inside the profile.

Why Hubstudio warns about an IP change

Hubstudio remembers the IP the environment was launched with last time and warns you if the address has changed. With a sticky port the IP changes when the session ends: this is normal behavior, not a failure.

To get fewer warnings, set the maximum session duration in the generator, 120 minutes. The country stays the same when the IP changes.

If the proxy check fails

 • Your own proxy is not selected. The "no proxy" option and retrieval through an API do not use your plan's details.
 • The type does not match the port. Http is 823, Socks5 is 824; sticky ports work with both.
 • The address field for refreshing the IP is filled in. Leave it empty.
 • The plan has run out of traffic. The remaining traffic is shown in your dashboard.

FAQ

How do I add proxies as a list?

The proxy section has batch adding: one proxy per line, up to 100 at a time, in
type://host:port:username:password
or
type://username:password@host:port
format. If the username or password contains “@” or “:”, add that proxy individually.

Hubstudio warns that the IP changed. Is that an error?

No. If the IP change alert is on, it fires every time the port's address is renewed. For sticky ports that happens when the session ends — after up to 120 minutes.

Do I need to do anything after a warning about an IP change?

Make sure the country is the same, and carry on working. If you are logged in to an account, the site may ask you to confirm the login.

Does one proxy work in several environments?

It does, but the environments will share one IP. For separate accounts, take separate ports.
