Everything you need to check how the service works: documents, how abuse reports are handled, data protection and seller details.

Documents

Where our addresses come from

  • Residential: devices of people who agreed to share their connection through partner apps.
  • Mobile: addresses of 4G/5G carriers.
  • Datacenter: addresses of data centers.
  • The pool is shared: another customer may have used an address before. The anonymity filter in the pool settings drops addresses that websites have already marked as proxies or VPNs.

A clean network

  • Every customer accepts the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy at sign-up.
  • Spam, hacking and fraud are prohibited by the rules; some websites are blocked in advance.
  • We review every abuse report and, when needed, stop the offender's plan so the addresses stay usable for everyone else.

Abuse reports

Report spam, an attack or fraud from our addresses via the form or at support@prokso.com. We review every report within 1 business day and reply by email if you left one. The more details you give — IP address, time with time zone, what exactly happened — the faster we find the plan.

Requests from public authorities

Send requests to support@prokso.com. We respond to lawful requests as the law requires.

Data protection

  • The connection to the website is encrypted, and passwords are stored only as a hash.
  • Only administrators can access customer data; their sign-in is protected with a code from a phone, and actions with money and data are logged.
  • There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the website.
  • You can download a copy of your data and delete your account in the dashboard settings.
