Refund Policy

Full refund

  • We failed to complete the order. Balance payments go back to your balance automatically; crypto payments go to your wallet — we'll contact you and ask for the address.
  • The proxies don't work through our fault, and support hasn't fixed it within 24 hours of your request.
  • An erroneous or duplicate payment for the same order.

Refund of the unused remainder

Within 72 hours after payment, if no more than 10% of the order's traffic is used, we refund the unused gigabytes at the price you paid. The traffic is removed from the plan.

No refund

  • More than 10% of the traffic is used or more than 72 hours have passed, unless the cause is on our side.
  • The plan or account is blocked for violating the Terms of Service.
  • A third-party website restricts access from the proxies even though the proxies themselves work: we don't guarantee access to specific websites.

Crypto payments

The same rules apply — a full refund or the unused remainder within 72 hours. We refund in USDT to the wallet you provide, manually, minus the network fee.

Account balance

The balance has no expiry date. Orders paid from the balance are refunded to the balance. The unspent part of a top-up can be refunded in USDT minus the network fee. Just write to the support chat. Money already spent from the balance is refunded only under the rules above, and any top-up bonus is deducted in proportion to the refunded amount.

How to get a refund

Write to the support chat — the “Support” button at the bottom of any page — with your order number. You can also email support@prokso.com. We review requests within 1 business day. Refunds to your site balance are instant once approved, and crypto is sent the same day.

Static proxies

A static proxy is an address reserved for you for the whole paid term. Once addresses are issued, they cannot be refunded. If a proxy does not work within 24 hours of delivery, contact support: we will replace the address or return the money to your balance. If we could not issue the addresses, the amount is returned to your balance automatically.
