Ukraine ranks #16 worldwide by the number of residential IPs in our pool.

There are 139 mobile addresses in Ukraine right now — for accounts, use a sticky-session port (10000–20000) per profile.

There are 210 datacenter addresses in Ukraine. They are cheaper ($0.80 per GB), but sites with strict checks block them more often.

Rozetka, Prom.ua, OLX: what a shopper sees and what you see

Ukrainian marketplaces adapt the page to the visitor's location. Rozetka shows delivery times and options, Prom.ua picks sellers who ship to your region, and OLX moves nearby listings up. From abroad or from a remote server you see an averaged picture, not the one a shopper in Kyiv sees.

To look at a product page once, any Ukrainian IP will do. Regular collection of prices and stock across thousands of items needs rotation. Port 823 (HTTP) or 824 (SOCKS5) gives a new address on every request, so the load is spread across different IPs.

The proxy type depends on how the site protects itself:

• Datacenter (server) proxies cost $0.80 per GB. Begin with them for catalogue scraping and price monitoring. More on the datacenter proxies page.
• Residential proxies are residential IPs of Ukrainian internet providers, $1.59 per GB. Switch to them when the site starts returning captchas or errors: these addresses look like ordinary shoppers. Details on the residential proxies page.

If you are a seller logging in to a Prom.ua or Rozetka dashboard, rotation is the wrong choice. Use a fixed residential IP for the dashboard so every login comes from one address. Specific scenarios are covered in the marketplaces section.

Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv: the city goes into the username

Delivery cost, warehouse stock and even promotions in Ukraine often depend on the city. An item that arrives tomorrow in Kyiv may take several days to reach Lviv. To see the picture for a specific city, switch on advanced mode in the generator and pick the city from the list.

The city is added to the username: USERNAME__cr.ua;city.kyiv, USERNAME__cr.ua;city.lviv, USERNAME__cr.ua;city.odesa. For Dnipro it is city.dnipro, for Kharkiv city.kharkiv. Names are written in Latin letters with no spaces, hyphens or apostrophes, so Ivano-Frankivsk becomes city.ivanofrankivsk.

Besides the five largest cities, people often choose Vinnytsia, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Chernivtsi and Uzhhorod. Without a city you get an address anywhere in Ukraine, and that is enough for most tasks.

Google.com.ua: rankings and ads from a local address

Google results for Ukraine depend on the country, the interface language and often the city. A query like "flower delivery" gives different local results in Kyiv and in Odesa. Rankings taken from a foreign IP will not match what your customer sees.

For rank tracking, datacenter proxies with rotation are usually enough. If Google starts showing captchas often, move to residential. For local queries, add the city to the username and the results will be close to what that city sees.

Ads targeted at Ukraine or at a single region cannot be seen from abroad: the ad simply will not show. From a Ukrainian IP you can check whether the campaign is running, how the Ukrainian text looks and where the link leads.

Kyivstar, Vodafone, lifecell or a home provider

Most Ukrainian accounts are tied to a phone number, and the owner often logs in from a smartphone over mobile internet. To a social network, such an account "lives" on a specific carrier's network. A sudden move to home internet in another city, combined with a new device, can end in a verification request.

That is why advanced mode lets you set the network by its ASN:

• mobile carriers: Kyivstar (AS15895), Vodafone Ukraine (AS21497), lifecell (AS34058);
• home internet: Ukrtelecom (AS6849), Volia (AS25229), Datagroup (AS3326), Triolan (AS13188).

Take carrier addresses from mobile proxies, $2.50 per GB. Home providers come with residential proxies. Which networks are available right now depends on the pool. If the one you need is missing, remove the ASN from the username and keep the country or city.

Instagram, TikTok, Telegram: accounts with a Ukrainian audience

For several Instagram and TikTok accounts, and for affiliate marketing on Ukrainian geo, mobile proxies are the usual pick. Social networks trust carrier addresses the most. Give each account its own port from the 10000–20000 range: the address on it is held for 1 to 120 minutes, 30 by default. Another option is a session number in the username in advanced mode, which keeps one IP for about 30 minutes on ports 823/824.

Telegram channels and chats with Ukrainian subscribers are easy to run from a Ukrainian IP. The proxy is added right in the app via SOCKS5; step by step on the Telegram page. The same goes for Facebook: business pages are better managed from the country where the account is registered.

In an antidetect browser, align the profile with the IP:

• time zone: Europe/Kyiv; older builds may call it Europe/Kiev, which is the same zone;
• browser language: Ukrainian (uk-UA), with English as a second language if needed;
• geolocation and WebRTC: based on the proxy IP. Check what a site sees on the My IP page.

How to buy Ukraine proxies

To buy Ukrainian proxy servers, create a plan, choose “Ukraine” in the generator and pick HTTP or SOCKS5. Residential IPs in Ukraine cost $1.59 per GB, mobile $2.50 and datacenter $0.80; the price is the same for every country. Pay with crypto; the traffic you buy never expires.

Good to know for any country

• The pool is shared: another customer may have used an address before. The anonymity filter in pool settings removes IPs that sites already flag as proxy or VPN.
• The country is free. Traffic with precise geo (region, city, ZIP or ISP) is billed ×2: 1 GB of such traffic uses 2 GB of your plan, we add nothing.
• Availability in a specific city changes during the day. If there are no free addresses, remove the city or pick a neighbouring one.
• In a sticky session, the IP of a home or mobile device can change before the session expires — when the device goes offline.
