Your dashboard generates ready-made lines in the format you need: choose the country, IP type and protocol.

Key takeaways
 • Host gw.prokso.com, ports 823 (HTTP), 824 (SOCKS5), 10000–20000 (sticky sessions, HTTP or SOCKS5)
 • The username and password are in your dashboard on the plan page
 • After setup, check your IP on the My IP page

A step-by-step guide to connecting Prokso proxies in Undetectable. It takes a few minutes.

Step 1. Get the proxy details from your dashboard

Open your plan and copy the host gw.prokso.com, port, username and password. Port 823 is HTTP and 824 is SOCKS5 (both give a new IP for every request); ports 10000–20000 keep one IP (sticky session) for up to 120 minutes and work as both HTTP and SOCKS5 (each port is a separate address). Set the country in the username: username__cr.ua.

Step 2. Generate the lines

In the dashboard generator choose a country, protocol and “Sticky session” mode, and set the number of lines to the number of profiles you plan. Use the host:port:username:password format, which Undetectable recognises. Each line has its own sticky 10000–20000 port and therefore its own IP. You can download the list as a .txt file.

Step 3. Add a single proxy

Open the proxy manager from Undetectable's left menu and click New Proxy. Choose the type — HTTP or SOCKS5, as in the generator — paste the line into the data field and give the proxy a clear name such as UA-10001. Leave the IP change link field empty.

Step 4. Or import the whole list

To add many proxies at once, click Import: choose the type and format, set a name template, and paste the lines as text or pick the .txt file from the generator.

Step 5. Check the proxies

Select the proxies you added and click Check Proxies. Undetectable shows the country and status of each one. If the check fails, match the type to the port: 823 is HTTP only, 824 is SOCKS5 only, and a sticky port accepts both HTTP and SOCKS5.

Step 6. Assign a proxy to a profile

Create a profile or open an existing one's settings. On the General tab pick the proxy from the list in the proxy block and save. One proxy per profile.

Step 7. Check the IP inside the profile

Start the profile and open the My IP page in its window. It should show the proxy's IP and country, and WebRTC shouldn't reveal your real address. Your regular browser will show your own IP — it doesn't use the proxy, which is expected.

How to run the proxy manager with a large number of profiles

It is worth thinking through the name template for import in advance: the name should make it clear which account and which country it is. Once you have hundreds of proxies, finding the right one by host and port is no longer possible: the host is the same for all of them, and only the ports differ.

Generate strings for different countries in separate batches and import them with different templates. The country is written in the username, and after import you can see it only in the check result.

If Check Proxies shows an error

 • The type chosen at import does not match the port. 823 is HTTP only, 824 is SOCKS5 only; sticky ports 10000-20000 work with both.
 • The wrong string format is selected. The format in the import window must match the format in the generator. The proxy format converter will help you bring the list to a single format.
 • Empty lines or spaces are left in the file. Remove them before import.
 • The plan has run out of traffic. In that case all the proxies will show an error at once. The remaining traffic is shown in your dashboard.

FAQ

Which line formats does Undetectable understand?

Among others,
host:port:username:password
,
username:password@host:port
and plain
host:port
. The dashboard generator produces the first two.

Can I skip the username and password?

Yes, with the IP whitelist: add your computer's IP address in the dashboard (up to 5 addresses per plan) and paste lines in
host:port
format.

Why did the profile's IP change early?

Residential and mobile IPs are real devices. If a device goes offline, the port gets a new IP from the same country.

Do I need to recheck the proxies before every launch?

No. A check after import and after replacing strings is enough. If a profile has stopped opening sites, check its proxy separately.

What happens if I delete a proxy that is linked to a profile?

The profile will be left without a proxy and will go online from your own address at launch. Assign another proxy to the profile before you delete this one.
