Abuse reports and blocking

We accept reports via the form and at support@prokso.com. We review each one within 1 business day: we ask the customer for an explanation and suspend the plan if needed. In case of a serious violation we suspend the plan at once and let you know. If a violation is confirmed, we block the plan or account and don't refund unused traffic. After a repeated violation we close the account and stop serving it.

Requests from public authorities

We respond to lawful requests from public authorities as the law requires.

Responsibility

You're responsible for everything done through your plan. Don't share your username and password, and change the plan password in your dashboard if it may have been exposed.

Static proxies

A static address is assigned to you, so everything done from it is tied to your account. If a violation is confirmed or we receive a justified complaint about the address, we withdraw it before the term ends without a refund.
