Getting started
How do I buy proxies?
Sign up, create a plan, choose the proxy type and the number of gigabytes, then pay with crypto. The username, password and connection lines appear in your dashboard right after payment.
What is a proxy, in simple terms?
It's a middleman between you and a website. The site sees the proxy's IP instead of yours — for example, a home connection in the country you need. That lets you collect data with less risk of getting blocked, check prices, search results and ads as a visitor from another city or country, test websites and apps, or run several accounts.
How is a proxy different from a VPN?
A VPN usually sends the whole device through one address. A proxy is set per browser, profile or app, and each one can get its own IP. That's why proxies are used for scraping and data collection, price and rank monitoring, testing, antidetect browsers and multiple accounts.
How soon do I get the proxies after paying?
Automatically, as soon as the payment is confirmed on the network — most often within a few minutes to half an hour, depending on the coin. We email you when the traffic is added.
What is a plan?
A separate proxy access with its own username, password and traffic balance. Create separate plans for different projects or clients so their usage and settings don't mix.
Which proxy type should I choose?
Residential — for data collection, market research, SEO, price monitoring, ad verification and social media account work. Mobile — for social media, mobile ad verification and app testing, as well as registering and warming up accounts where maximum trust matters. Datacenter — for fast scraping, rank monitoring and bulk automation where speed and price matter. More on the residential, mobile and datacenter pages.
Is there a trial plan?
Yes. A new customer can take 1 GB of residential proxies for free once, before the first purchase. The Try button is on the pricing page.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. You pay only for gigabytes, with no subscription or automatic charges. Traffic doesn't expire, so you can buy once and use it as long as you need.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20, ERC20 and other networks), BTC, ETH, LTC, TON and 300+ other coins.
I paid with crypto but don't see the traffic. What now?
First wait for network confirmation — you can see the status on the order page. If the payment arrived after the payment window closed, we still credit it automatically. If nothing changes within an hour, message support in the chat with your order number.
I sent less crypto than required
This happens because of wallet or exchange fees. The order page shows how much arrived. Message support in the chat with your order number — we'll explain how to pay the rest or refund you.
Do you have discounts or promo codes?
The price per GB is the same for any volume, so there's no separate discount for buying more — see pricing. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout.
Where do I get a payment receipt?
In the Payments section of your dashboard, each payment has a PDF receipt button. It confirms the payment with our details but isn't a fiscal receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 72 hours of payment, if no more than 10% of the traffic is used, we refund the unused gigabytes. Crypto is refunded in USDT minus the network fee. Details are on the refund page.
Do I need to verify my identity?
No, an email address is enough. Using proxies for illegal activity is prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Traffic and pricing
How is traffic counted?
The total data passing through the proxy in both directions: what you send and what the site loads. Daily usage is shown in your dashboard.
Does unused traffic expire?
No. Purchased gigabytes stay on the plan until you use them.
Where can I see my remaining traffic and usage?
On the plan page: the balance, usage per day, week, month and up to six months, plus the history of all top-ups. In settings you can turn on an email or Telegram warning when you're running low.
What happens when the traffic runs out?
The proxies stop working and return error 407 TRAFFIC_EXHAUSTED. The plan and all its settings stay: buy more gigabytes and the proxies work again with the same username and password.
How do I add traffic without reconfiguring anything?
On the plan page click Top up. The gigabytes are added to the same plan: the username, password, ports and app settings stay the same.
Why does my traffic run out faster than expected?
Video, images and heavy pages use the most, as do scripts that repeat requests. Turn off image loading in your scraper, add unneeded domains to the plan's blocked sites and set a traffic limit, so a bug in a script can't eat the whole balance.
Can I cap traffic usage?
Yes. Set a limit on the plan page, for example 2 GB per day. When the plan reaches it, we either pause it or just notify you — your choice. You can also pause a plan manually.
Can I move traffic between plans?
Yes, between plans of the same type, in whole gigabytes. The Move button is on the plan page; before you confirm, you see exactly how many GB will move.
Connecting
Which protocols are supported?
HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with a username and password or with the IP whitelist.
HTTP or SOCKS5 — which should I choose?
If your software supports both, use HTTP: every browser and antidetect browser understands it. SOCKS5 is for apps that work beyond websites, such as Telegram. Port 823 is HTTP, 824 is SOCKS5.
Username and password or the IP whitelist?
A username and password work from anywhere — that's the default. The IP whitelist (also called IP allowlisting) is for software that can't send a password: add your computer's or server's IP on the plan page (up to 5 addresses) and the proxy lets them in without a username and password. Set the country for this access in the pool settings.
Which line format does my software need?
The generator on the plan page produces lines in the format you need: username:password@host:port, host:port:username:password, with the protocol in front and more. If your software doesn't accept a domain, the generator has an IP option. Guides for popular software are in Guides.
How do I check the proxy works?
Open the My IP page through the proxy: it should show the proxy's address and country, not yours. Or paste the line into the Proxy Checker — it shows the country and response time.
Can I use one plan on several devices?
Yes. One plan can be connected in any number of apps and devices at the same time, as long as you stay within the limit of 1,000 concurrent connections per plan. Traffic is shared.
Which ports are open?
Ports 80, 443, 53, 853, 5228, 5060, 8080, 8090, 8443 and 8888 are open for websites and apps. Mail ports are closed, so you can't send email through the proxy. Details are on the blocked sites page.
Is UDP supported?
No, the proxies carry TCP only. Websites, messengers and most software work; messenger calls and online games that need UDP don't.
IPs and locations
Why do all lines have the same host and username? Did I get just one IP?
No. The host is the entrance to a large pool of addresses. The IP depends on the port and the username parameters: on port 823 every request comes from a new address, and each port from 10000 to 20000 keeps its own IP. So lines with different ports are different IPs.
What are rotation and sticky sessions?
Rotation gives a new address for every request (port 823 for HTTP, 824 for SOCKS5). In a sticky session (sometimes called a sticky IP), each port from 10000 to 20000 keeps one IP for 1 to 120 minutes — you set the session duration. Both modes work on the same plan.
How do I change the IP manually?
Use another port from 10000–20000 — it has a different address. Or, in the generator's advanced mode, change the session number in the username. There's no limit on how often you change it.
Why did my IP change during a sticky session?
Residential and mobile addresses belong to real devices: when a device goes offline, the address disappears and the port gets a new one from the same country. The IP also changes when the session expires — you can raise the session duration to 120 minutes in the pool settings (“Advanced” mode on the plan page).
Can I choose the country, city or carrier?
Yes. Pick the country in the generator on the plan page. Advanced mode also offers region, city, ZIP code and carrier (ASN). Traffic with precise geo (region, city, ZIP, ASN) is charged ×2. Available countries are on the locations page.
Are the IPs “clean”? Has anyone used them before me?
Residential and mobile IPs are a shared pool of real devices, so another customer may have used an address before. For an address of your own, see static proxies. To filter out addresses that sites already flag as proxy or VPN, turn on the anonymity filter in the pool settings.
Where do residential IPs come from?
They're home and mobile devices of people who agreed to share part of their connection through partner apps. The network we work with gets the device owners' consent for this.
Troubleshooting
The proxy doesn't work: what should I check?
Go through it in order: 1) host, port and protocol: 823 is HTTP, 824 is SOCKS5 — best to copy the line from the dashboard again; 2) username and password without spaces — old lines stop working after a password change; 3) the plan has traffic and isn't paused or stopped by a limit; 4) if you connect by IP, your current address is in the plan's list; 5) the site isn't blocked. The error code tells you the reason — see error codes. Still stuck? Message us in the chat.
What do errors 407, 403, 502 and 503 mean?
407 is an access problem: wrong username or password, traffic ran out, the plan is paused or the concurrent connection limit is reached. 403 means the site or port is closed. 502 means the site didn't respond — retry with another IP. 503 means there are no free addresses for your geo — remove the city or carrier. All codes are explained on the error codes page.
Why is the proxy slow?
A residential or mobile address is someone's home internet or phone, so speed depends on it. Take another IP (another port), choose a country closer to the site or to you, and don't narrow geo to a city unless you need to. Datacenter proxies suit fast scraping better.
The site shows a different country than I chose
Different geolocation databases sometimes place the same address differently. Check the IP on the My IP page and in two or three other services. If the country really is wrong, check that the country is in the username and take a new IP.
A site blocks me or shows a captcha through the proxy
Usually it's not the IP but the browser fingerprint or too many requests. For accounts, use a sticky session and an antidetect browser with the time zone and language matching the proxy country. For scraping, slow down and use rotation. No service can guarantee a site will never block you.
Why don't some sites open through the proxy?
Some sites are closed to all customers: government resources, banks and payment systems. Mail ports are closed too. The full list is on the blocked sites page. Sites you added to the plan's own blocked list won't open either.
Rules and security
What is prohibited through the proxies?
Anything that breaks the law or others' rights: spam, fraud and carding, hacking and password guessing, DDoS, ad fraud, accessing bank or government services in someone else's name, reselling access without our consent. We block plans for confirmed violations. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Is using proxies legal?
Yes, proxies are an ordinary tool for public data collection, analytics, SEO, testing, advertising, SMM and privacy. Only what someone does through them can be illegal, and such actions are prohibited by our terms.
Can you see what I do through the proxy?
Not the content: most sites use HTTPS, so the data is encrypted. The plan statistics show domains and traffic volume — you see the same in your dashboard. We don't share this data with others; see the privacy policy.
Can a site find out my real IP?
Not through the proxy itself. But the browser can leak it via WebRTC, and the time zone and language can hint you're in another country. Check yourself on the My IP page or use an antidetect browser.
Account and support
How do I contact support?
Click Support at the bottom of any page to open the chat. If we're not online right now, leave your email: the reply arrives by email and in the chat.
Can I get notifications in Telegram?
Yes. Connect the bot in your dashboard settings: it tells you when traffic is added, how much is left and about payment problems.
How do I protect my account?
Turn on sign-in with a code in settings: after the password the site asks for 6 digits from an authenticator app. Settings also show where you're signed in and let you end all other sessions.
How do I change the proxy or dashboard password?
Change the proxy password on the plan page with the New password button, then update the lines in your apps. The dashboard password is in settings; if you forgot it, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.
How do I delete my account and data?
In settings you can download everything we store about you and delete your account. The proxies stop, and your email and contacts are erased. If you have a balance, spend it first or ask support about a refund.
