Privacy Policy

Version dated 10 October 2026. Prokso (email support@prokso.com) is the controller of the personal data you provide to prokso.com. We process it under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for users in the European Union, also under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we store

  • Account: email address, the first name, last name and country you gave at sign-up, language, your password only as an irreversible hash; your Google or Telegram ID if you connected Google sign-in or Telegram notifications.
  • Purchases: orders, payments, refunds, balance history, promo codes. You pay in crypto on the payment service's page — we never see or store your wallet keys or data.
  • Proxies: your plans' logins and passwords, IP addresses you added for password-free access, geo settings.
  • Traffic statistics: traffic volume and the domains requested through the proxies (the dashboard fetches the domain log from the proxy infrastructure provider when you open it), to show usage in your dashboard and to handle abuse reports. We don't view or store page contents or the data you transfer.
  • Logins and security: the IP address and browser of each login, last activity time, failed login attempts, a log of actions with your account and money.
  • Acceptance of the terms: the version of the terms, the date, time, IP address and browser from which you accepted them — to confirm that the agreement was concluded.
  • Requests: support chat messages and emails to support. If you use the chat without signing in, also the email you left and your IP address. Abuse reports sent through the form are stored with the sender's IP address.

Why, and on what basis

  • To provide the service and keep track of payments — performance of the contract (Terms of Service).
  • To protect your account, prevent fraud and abuse, confirm that the agreement was concluded and protect our rights in a dispute — our legitimate interest.
  • To keep payment records — a requirement of tax law.
  • To send news and discounts — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We don't sell data or use it for advertising. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the website.

Who we share it with

Only those the service can't work without, and only the part of the data they need:

  • the acquiring bank and the crypto payment service — the amount and order number;
  • the proxy infrastructure provider — a technical plan ID, the IP addresses you added for password-free access, geo settings and the plan's blocked-sites list; we don't share your email;
  • the hosting provider that runs the website's server;
  • the email delivery service — your address and the email text;
  • Telegram and Google — only if you connected them in your dashboard yourself;
  • public authorities — only upon a lawful request.

Some of these services may operate outside Ukraine. We choose providers that protect data at least to the level the law requires.

How long we keep it

  • Account data — while the account exists.
  • Records of acceptance of the terms — together with payment records; after the account is deleted they are kept for the same period to protect us in possible disputes.
  • Payment records — at least 1095 days, as the Tax Code of Ukraine requires. After you delete your account they stay anonymised, without your email.
  • The log of money-related actions — together with payment records, for tax accounting.
  • Traffic usage statistics — 31 days, then deleted automatically. We don't store the domain log in our own database.
  • Support chat from your account — while the account exists; deleted together with it. Guest requests (email, IP address, messages) — until you ask us to delete them.
  • Abuse reports — as long as they are needed to handle the report and prevent repeat abuse, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
  • Logins — until the session ends (up to 30 days); failed login attempts — one day.
  • Sign-in journal (date, IP address, browser) — from 16 October 2026 we keep it for 90 days and show it to you in Settings; it is deleted together with the account.
  • Database backups — up to 30 days.

Cookies

Only those the website needs to work, with no advertising or analytics, so no separate consent is required:

  • prokso_s — dashboard login, up to 30 days;
  • prokso_c — protection of forms against forgery;
  • prokso_f — a short message after an action, 1 minute;
  • prokso_g — Google sign-in, 10 minutes;
  • lang and cur — your chosen language and currency, one year;
  • ref — referral link, 30 days;
  • sup — support chat for guests, 180 days.

Your browser also remembers that you closed the announcement at the top of the website. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so your IP address isn't sent to third-party services.

Your rights

  • Get a copy of your data — the “Download my data” button in your dashboard settings, a JSON file.
  • Delete your account — the button in your dashboard settings. Your proxies stop and your email and contacts are erased.
  • Withdraw consent to news — in your dashboard settings or via the link in every email.
  • Correct your data, restrict or object to processing — write to support@prokso.com; we reply within 30 days.
  • Lodge a complaint — with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, with the data protection authority in your country.

How we protect data

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as a hash. Only administrators can access customer data; their login is protected by a code from their phone, and every action involving money or data is logged.

Other

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We'll announce material changes to this policy on the website before they take effect.
