Whose addresses these are
A Ukraine mobile proxy connects you to the internet through the network of a Ukrainian mobile carrier: Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine or lifecell. To a website you look like a person in Ukraine using a smartphone on mobile data.
Mobile networks have one special trait: hundreds of subscribers share a single carrier address at the same time. That is why websites and social networks treat these addresses more calmly than datacenter addresses: restricting a mobile IP means affecting many ordinary people.
What they are used for in Ukraine
- Social media accounts with a Ukrainian audience. Most Ukrainian accounts are tied to a phone number, and the owner usually logs in from a smartphone. A mobile address matches this picture. Read more in the use cases Instagram, TikTok and multi-accounting.
- Checking mobile ads. You cannot see an ad targeted at Ukraine from abroad. From a carrier address you can see whether the campaign is shown, what the text looks like and where the link leads — see ad verification.
- Testing apps and mobile versions of websites. Prices, language and availability often depend on the country and the network type.
- Affiliate marketing for the Ukrainian geo. See creatives and landing pages the way the local audience does — in the use case affiliate marketing.
For collecting prices and catalogs in large volumes, mobile addresses are more than you need: take Ukraine datacenter proxies, they are cheaper and faster.
How to choose a carrier and city
By default the address comes from any mobile network in Ukraine. If an account "lives" in the network of a specific carrier, enter that network's number (ASN) in the advanced mode of the generator: Kyivstar — 15895, Vodafone Ukraine — 21497, lifecell — 34058.
Two important conditions. Traffic with a chosen carrier is counted double. And which networks are available right now depends on the pool: if the carrier you need is not there, remove the ASN and keep only the country.
The city is set in the same place, in the advanced mode: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv and others. Without a city, the address can be anywhere in Ukraine, and that is enough for most tasks.
Rotation or one address
Port 823 (HTTP) or 824 (SOCKS5) gives a new address for every request. Ports 10000 to 20000 hold one address for 1 to 120 minutes — when you work with accounts, give each account its own port. If you need the same Ukrainian address for weeks, see static proxies.
How much it costs
$2.50 per 1 GB. There is no subscription: the gigabytes you buy never expire and stay on your plan until you use them up. Running accounts takes little traffic — most of it goes to video and feeds with images. All prices are on the pricing page.
FAQ
Can I get an IP of Kyivstar, Vodafone or lifecell specifically?
Yes. In the advanced mode of the generator, enter the carrier's network number (ASN): Kyivstar — 15895, Vodafone Ukraine — 21497, lifecell — 34058. Traffic with a chosen carrier is counted double, and network availability depends on the pool.
How many Ukraine mobile IPs are available?
The number of addresses online changes during the day. The current figure is shown at the top of this page and on the Ukraine page.
How long does one mobile address last?
On ports 10000–20000 — from 1 to 120 minutes, as you choose. Mobile carriers change their subscribers' addresses from time to time on their own, so an address cannot be held longer.
How do Ukraine mobile proxies differ from residential ones?
Mobile proxies are addresses of mobile carriers, residential proxies are home internet addresses. Mobile ones cost more and there are fewer of them, but social networks trust them the most.
