Terms of Service · 03.10.2026

Archived version: a different one is in force now — Terms of Service.

Version dated 3 October 2026.

This document is a public offer by Prokso, hereinafter the Provider, to enter into an agreement for access to proxy servers on the terms below.

1. Definitions

Service means the prokso.com website and dashboard. Customer means a person who has signed up. Plan means separate proxy access with its own username, password and traffic balance. Traffic means the volume of data passing through the proxy in both directions.

2. Subject

The Provider gives the Customer access to proxy servers in the amount of paid traffic. The proxy type, amount and price are set when the order is placed.

3. Acceptance

Signing up and paying for an order mean full acceptance of these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pricing page at the time of payment; they can also be shown in hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate. Traffic is added to the plan once payment is confirmed and never expires. Precise geo (region, city, ZIP code, carrier/ASN) uses traffic at double rate; the dashboard warns the Customer about it.

Account balance. The Customer can top up the balance in the dashboard and pay for orders from it. The balance is a prepayment for services in US dollars. It has no expiry date and is only spent on orders the Customer places. The unspent part of a top-up is refunded on request via the support chat under the Refund Policy; any bonus credited for that top-up is then deducted in proportion to the refunded amount and is not paid out.

5. Service provision

The Provider gives access to the proxies and shows the balance and usage in the dashboard. Short maintenance breaks are possible. Access to specific websites through the proxies is not guaranteed: third-party services may restrict access at their discretion.

6. Customer obligations

The Customer keeps the dashboard password and proxy credentials secret and is responsible for all actions taken with them. The Customer does not pass access to third parties for resale without the Provider's written consent.

7. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the proxies for actions that violate the law or the rights of third parties, including spam, fraud and phishing, unauthorized access to systems and password guessing, DDoS attacks, click and impression fraud, distribution of malware, and illegal or prohibited content.

Detailed rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Suspension

If section 7 is violated or justified complaints are received, the Provider may block a plan or account. If a violation is confirmed, money for the blocked traffic is not refunded.

9. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order the claim relates to. The Provider is not liable for the Customer's actions performed through the proxies, for blocking of the Customer's accounts by third-party services, or for indirect losses.

10. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure, including martial law, power or communication outages and actions of public authorities.

11. Refunds

Refund terms are described on the Refunds page, which is part of these terms.

12. Term and changes

The agreement is valid until the paid traffic is used up or the account is closed. The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new version on the website; changes do not affect orders already paid.

13. Disputes

Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of Ukraine.
