How to pay with crypto
If you have never paid with crypto before, this covers it from the start: what you need, which coin and network to pick, and how not to lose money to a network mistake.
1. What you need
A wallet or an exchange account that holds cryptocurrency. USDT is the most convenient: its price is pegged to the dollar, so the amount will not change while you set up the transfer. Other coins work too — the list is shown on the payment page.
If you have no crypto yet, you can buy USDT on an exchange or in a wallet that supports card purchases. Buy slightly more than you need: the withdrawal fee takes a part.
2. Choose the payment method in the dashboard
On the top-up or plan checkout page, enter the amount and choose a payment service. Both accept crypto and differ in the coins they support and the minimum amount, which is shown under the amount field. Click “Proceed to payment” and the invoice page will open.
3. Choose the coin and network
The same coin exists on several networks. USDT is available on TRON (TRC20), BSC (BEP20), TON, Solana, Ethereum (ERC20) and others. The network determines the transfer fee: on TRC20, BEP20, TON and Solana it is usually small, on Ethereum noticeably higher.
The main rule: the network you pick on the payment page must match the network you pick when withdrawing from your exchange or wallet. A transfer on a different network will not arrive and usually cannot be recovered.
4. Send the transfer
- Copy the address from the payment page with the copy button — do not type it by hand.
- Copy the amount. Exchanges deduct their fee from the transfer, so set the amount so that the address receives at least what the invoice says.
- If the payment page shows a comment (memo, tag), paste it into the matching field. Without it the payment cannot be recognised.
- Check the network once more and confirm the transfer.
An invoice is valid for a limited time, shown on the payment page. If the time is up, do not send to the old address: create a new invoice in the dashboard.
5. Wait for the payment to be credited
After you send it, the network has to confirm the transfer. This usually takes a few minutes, longer on busy networks. You can close the payment page: the money is credited automatically and the plan or balance updates in the dashboard. The order status is shown in the “Payments” section.
6. If something went wrong
- Less arrived than the invoice says. The payment is marked as partial and the order shows how much came in. Message the support chat with your order number.
- More than an hour has passed and the status has not changed. Find the transaction ID (TXID) in your wallet or exchange and send it to the support chat with the order number.
- You picked the wrong network. Contact the support of the exchange or wallet you sent from right away: only they can recover such a transfer.
7. Tips for paying without mistakes
- The first time, send a small amount and make sure it is credited.
- Top up the balance for several purchases at once: the network fee is charged per transfer, and money on the balance never expires.
- Do not send a transfer to the address from an old invoice — a new one is created for every payment.
