Dashboard in Telegram
Plans, proxy lines, balance and support - in a chat with the Prokso bot. The same as your dashboard, just with buttons.
1. Connect Telegram
In the dashboard open "Settings" and click "Connect Telegram". The Prokso bot opens - press "Start" in it. The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once; if you missed it, click the button in settings again.
Once connected, the bot shows the menu right away. Later you open it with the /menu command or the "Menu" button next to the input field.
2. Menu and plans
The main screen shows your email, balance and number of plans. "My plans" lists every plan with its remaining traffic. Inside a plan you see the proxy type, its status (active or paused) and how many gigabytes are left of what you bought.
3. Proxy lines
In a plan press "Get proxies":
- choose a country - one of the popular ones, "Any country" or "Another country" with a two-letter code such as
de; - choose the protocol and mode: HTTP or SOCKS5, Sticky IP or New IP on every request;
- for a sticky IP choose how many lines you need: 1, 5, 10 or 20.
The lines arrive as username:password@host:port: tap a line to copy it. Finer settings - city, provider, other line formats - are in the generator in the dashboard.
4. Pause and IP whitelist
The "Pause" button stops the plan: the lines stop working and the traffic is kept. "Resume" turns it back on. In "IP whitelist" you can add up to 5 of your addresses that work with the proxy without a username and password, and remove ones you no longer need.
5. Buying from balance
"Buy a plan" creates a new plan, "Add traffic" inside a plan adds gigabytes to it. Choose the proxy type and volume - the bot shows the amount and your balance "before → after". Money is charged only after the "Pay from balance" button, and it works once. If the price changed while the screen was open, the bot shows the new amount and asks you to confirm again.
If the balance is not enough, the bot says how much is missing and offers to add funds.
6. Adding funds
"Add funds": choose the amount and payment method - the bot sends a button with a link to the invoice. After payment the money appears on your balance and a message arrives in Telegram. More about paying - in the "Paying with crypto" guide.
7. Support
Press "Support" and write your question in one message. It goes to the same support as the chat on the site, and the reply arrives in the bot. You can send several messages in a row; to return to the menu, press the "Menu" button.
8. Security and turning it off
- Anyone with access to your Telegram can manage your plans and spend your balance through the bot. Do not leave Telegram open on other people's devices.
- Money cannot be withdrawn from the balance through the bot.
- To disconnect the bot, send it
/stopor click "Disconnect" in your dashboard settings. - Static proxies are not shown in the bot - you manage them in the dashboard on the site.
